Adults

I love working with adults in their mid-20s and beyond who are experiencing life transitions related to marriage, family planning, and evolving personal and professional roles. Common areas of focus include relationship dynamics, communication, stress management, identity shifts, and adjusting to new responsibilities.

My approach supports clients in developing insight, strengthening relationships, and navigating change with greater clarity and confidence.

Young Adults

Whether you’re just finishing high school, in college, or a 20-something this can be a challenging time for many reasons . Relationships, self-esteem, and personal identity can be difficult to figure out while also trying to find your place in the world. Therapy can help explore all of these areas and bolster a sense of personal agency and self-empowerment.

Adolescents

Their world is ever-changing, and they face unique challenges as they come into their own identity. I work with teens who may be struggling with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, or challenges in relationships. Many of my clients feel stuck in their thoughts, unsure how to manage big emotions, or frustrated by patterns they can’t seem to change.

I also support adolescents navigating school stress, peer dynamics, identity development, and self-esteem. My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to better understand themselves and build tools that actually work in their day-to-day lives.
